How to book your accommodation:

- When paying for your preferred room type and accommodation basis, you need to input the number of nights you intend to stay. This will be used to bill you.
- You will be required to download and fill in this accommodation form here (Accomodation Form) and send to ippnwafricanstates@gmail.com. This will help us know your preferred check in and check out dates among other details that may be necessary to book your room.
- Once your payment is received on our end and you have filled in and returned the accommodation form, we shall reserve your room and send you a confirmation from the hotel.
